How do I get started?
All that is required to use the Element Flex is a laptop. To view required laptop spec, click here.
Once you have purchased a scanner through our website, you will be sent a Service & Use Agreement to fill in. On receipt of this, we will arrange the shipping of your scanner and training directly from iTero.
The iTero Service Plan
All three of our purchasing options come with the iTero service plan included. For our CPO offering, you can select either a 12-month or 36-month service plan.
What about from month 13 or month 37?
Full service plans available, including software updates, from £230pm.
For iTer Flex scanners, an annual hardware-only service plan is available for an annual fee of only £1100.

The sleeve is a single use sleeve for patient scanning. Always replace the white sleeve on the scanning unit between patients to avoid cross contamination. Please dispose of the white sleeve after every patient.
