Book your space on the ILM Executive Managers’ and Compliance Development Programme

We are running our next ILM Executive Managers’ and Compliance Development Programme at The Mercure Parkway Hotel. It commences on Friday 31st May 2019, with three following face-to-face learning days on Sat 15th June, Sat 29th June and Sat 13th July 2019.  

With only a few spaces remaining, you can receive a 25% discount until the closing date on 10th of May 2019. This makes the programme £1,600 in total, which can be broken down into 4 instalments of £400 each. The payment dates are stated on the registration form.

 
Programme details:
 

The programme is a blended learning package with remote support and coaching from Nick Danby and Nicki Rowland throughout. There are 4 face-to-face learning days across the 8-week period. You will be asked to do some reading to reinforce the learning on the study days and there will be practical tasks to take back into practice and put into action. There are no exams or essay writing. 

We have had a definitive answer from the CQC that there is a no requirement for Practice Managers to achieve a formal academic Level 5 qualification at this time. I think this is music to most people’s ears. Their research is showing that practices whose PMs have a level 5 or even level 7 qualification, can still fail their inspections. Therefore, CQC are stipulating that managers prove to be ‘fit and proper’ people to lead their teams and adhere to the Fundamental Standards by showing evidence for expertise, experience and skills. In light of this, the programme has been developed to tick these boxes and is endorsed by and affiliated with ILM (The Institute of Leadership and Management) but will not have a level 5 stamp on it.
