1) How do I send you a case?

We can accept cases from any Intraoral scanner, or impressions in the post – dependent on your preferred method. If you would like to send us impressions through the post, you can download a copy of our prescription form and freepost label here.

If you are sending us a digital scan, please follow your supplier’s guidelines for adding us to your system. You can email STL files to sales@s4sdental.com.

Please note that we do not charge any additional fees for printed models with cases that are submitted digitally.

2) Do I need to make an account before sending you a case?

If you have not sent us work before, you do not need to set up an account before proceeding. We will simply create you an account once we receive your impressions/scan and prescription form.

3) What impressions and bite records do I need to send?

4) How do I get added to your Find a Provider search?

Our Find a Provider search is a great way to help patients find your practice when looking for treatment.

To feature, you must be a provider of Sleepwell, SCi or Smilelign. Those offering these treatments will be added automatically, unless specified otherwise. If you are not yet on the search, but would like to be featured, please click here to email our Marketing team.

5) What are your turnaround times?

Our standard turnaround time for our appliances is 10 working days from receipt of impressions/scans, and 7 working days for retainers. We also offer Express services for an additional charge with a turnaround of 24 (£50) or 48 hours (£20). You can view more details on our turnaround times here.

6) How much do you charge for your appliances?

7) Can I pay my lab bill online?

Yes – our Dentist portal allows you to track all of your cases in the lab, and make payments. If you do not already have access set up, please request here.

8) Do you help with marketing?

We have a dedicated marketing team in-house that can help you get started with advertising treatment in your practice. We have printed materials (leaflets & posters) available, as well as digital marketing materials for your practice website and social media. To request marketing materials, click here.

9) Can I purchase Boutique Whitening gel from you?

We are the exclusive manufacturers of Boutique Whitening trays. However, we do not stock their gel. To order a whitening kit, please click here or call 0113 873 0007.
