Diagnosis and recommended treatment will be provided within 15 working days from the receipt of the equipment and completed questionnaire.
The cost is £250 inc. VAT and includes all delivery charges and the analysis of the information to provide you with a diagnosis of your snoring assessment. VAT can be recovered by completing a VAT relief declaration form if you are chronically sick or disabled - available on request from S4S.
